PCCP will be present at the Back to School Health Fair providing school supplies and prevention materials for both adults and youth.

This is an annual event that serves families of all ages with food fair, free vaccinations, health education, screenings, medical coverage assistance, a kids' zone and lots more fun.

There will be limited backpacks and school supplies provided for children grade k-8th. 

Space is limited and registration is required.
